Cage Calculus UFC Rankings (July 8, 2025)

After every UFC fight card, Cage Calculus will publish up-to-date rankings based on our forecast algorithm. The rankings will display the champion and the top 15 contenders in each weight division, alongside their CC Rating (the champion will always be displayed at the top regardless of whether or not they are the highest rated fighter in their division).

These rankings will also rank the top 15 male and female fighters overall. Note, we do not call them “pound-for-pound” rankings as most do, as the CC Rating is a metric of dominance and performance as opposed to talent relative to size. So, they will simply be called “Overall Male” and “Overall Female” rankings.

The Cage Calculus Pound for Pound Rankings is based on a fighter’s CCz Score. The CCz Score is a score that shows how much better a given fighter is than the average fighter in their respective weight class.
